Bronx - Gin Cocktail

Ingredients:

50ml Gin

15ml Dry Vermouth

15ml Red Vermouth

35ml Orange Juice

Method:

Shake ingredients with ice and strain into a frozen Martini glass

Garnish:

Maraschino Cherry

Named after the Bronx zoo by Johnny Solon from the Waldorf Bar in New York

Dirty Martini - Gin Cocktail

Ingredients:

62.5ml Gin

Dash of Dry Vermouth

Dash of Olive Brine (Water in Olive Jar)

Method:

Shake ingredients with ice and strain into a frozen Martini glass

Garnish:

Olive

Salty Dog - Simple Gin Cocktail

Ingredients:

50ml Gin

125ml Grapefuit Juice

Method:

Shake ingredients with ice and pour into a slat rimmed highball glass with ice.

Singapore Sling

Ingredients:

50ml Gin

25ml Cherry Brandy

5ml Sugar syrup

15ml Fresh Lime Juice

Dash of Angostura bitters

Soda Water

Method:

Shake ingredients with ice and pour into a cocktail glass filled with ice. Top with Soda Water.
