in almost all cocktail be sure to have plenty available. Crushed
ice is rarely used in cocktails, for most mixing purposes full
ice cubes should be used, the idea is to cool the cocktail ingrendients
more than dilute the cocktail flavour.
Neat or straight up drinks are served without
ice or mixer, they are just poured straight into the glass, you
may ask yourself - is the glass necessary?
Yes measuring is important to get the desired
flavour of the cocktail, except of course when a dash
is required then it's about 5ml but who really knows?
